While Chinabounty.com is owned and operated by JewelrySprite.com, it is a separate site and uses scales of economy and savings in labor to allow us to offer the jewelry at a significantly lower price! For example shipping costs into the US account for up to 10% of the cost of our jewelry, add custom fees and the cost shoots up by about 7.3% to about 17% just for shipping, then add materials, storage costs, labor cost and the cost of the jewelry rises significantly. Since with Chinabounty.com we do not have any extra costs, you receive the savings! Also due to a huge volume of purchases, since there are usually minimum purchase requirement, we can take advantage of volume discounts from our manufacturers and pass the savings on to you! In conclusion due to the economies of scales, the savings in shipping direct, and having almost no labor costs, we can offer you the most affordable jewelry prices direct from China!
Chinabounty.com is an American-owned jewelry company specializing in fast moving popular fashion and precious jewelry. We are partners with a company in China that will handle 90% of this business and therefore our costs will be minimal and mostly incurred in marketing. In this site and our company, aside from the obvious direct distribution of our products that give you wholesale prices, you also receive the benefit of dealing directly with China but through a company that will communicate clearly in English and has Western style service. Although there may be exceptions, dealing with China has several major problems that we eliminate for you:
- Large minimum orders- Most Chinese manufacturers want a minimum order of 300 pieces per size and color of each item. While sometimes this cannot be a avoided completely specially with pieces that cost less than $1, we have lowered the minimum required so that the minimum is more reasonable and you can stretch your buying power over more pieces for your inventory! We still have larger minimums then the minimum we require from you that we must buy from the Chinese manufacturers; but we only require small minimums or no minimums at all for a great number of products!
- Language barrier--Many Chinese write and read English but at minimal levels and communication is a bear sometimes. We are partners with a Chinese national that speaks and writes english very well and this communication problems is not a problem for us or you! When you communicate your needs, if we understand them, they will as well and we are also here to fine tune any potential misunderstandings!
- Payment and trust issues- Most Chinese companies require payment upfront via wire transfer. Most are trustworthy but you lose hard cash if they decide to not be honest and you have no or little recourse. With us you are dealing with an American company and you have more security because among other things we adhere to American laws and we have been around for more than 7 years and have over 14,000 registered wholesale and dropship buyers. You will still need to pay upfront but the payments can be much less than to a Chinese company because we have a great deal less minimum purchase requirements.
- Cultural Peculiarities- In our experience Chinese are not detail oriented and every little detail needs to be specified. Need a 925 stamp and company stamp? You need to specify it every time! Need a genuine turquoise instead of faux turquoise? You need to specify it because to them it is the same thing. There are many cultural differences that can end up causing you trouble because (and these have happened to us many times) they did not see that changing the stone size made a huge difference or even changing the stone color. Because our Chinese partner is well aware of these issues and is well drilled by us to check and double check these problems are not as common as they could be. They also have trouble with stating bad news and answering emails on a timely basis and these are things we deal with for you because we get to the bottom of things for you! We have experienced a gauntlet of cultural differences the hard way, now we offer you our experience in this area as well so you do not have to deal with them!
With Chinabounty.com you have the best of both worlds, a Chinese national that is very fluent in English and is familiar with western detail oriented focus and an American company that helps you obtain exactly what you require! Chinese people are magnificent and by and far very honest and humble people that will bend over backwards for you but their country is far away and their culture and laws are different enough to cause order problems. With our partner and our own intervention this is not as likely to happen giving you greater peace of mind!
Payment Methods:
Paypal, money order, cashier's check, Checks, Wire Transfer, Google Pay, and ACS Debits. Due to high credit card fraud, unless you are a buyer that is well known to us, we do not accept credit card payment for more than $500 or an accumulated monthly total of $1500. Orders of this magnitude must be paid with a certified Paypal account, or another more secure method.
Chinabounty.com ships worldwide via UPS, DHL, TNT, or regular post depending on the most economical or better methof of shipping possible (some items do much better through regular post for example). All shipment must be insured and the insurance cost will be added to your shipment cost. We can deliver to places UPS does not deliver on a case by case basis but the payment for the products must be made with Wire Trasfer or ACS debit only and insurance must be your responsibility at that time.
Shipping, Handling:
All shipments are FOB Shanghai, China or Miami, FL, USA or whereever it ship from, since we have suppliers in India then if they ship directly to you the shipment is them FOB India. Shipping and handling is based on weight in pounds or portion thereof and package dimension which will dertermine the shipping rates. Fox example a 3 pound package of jewelry boxes will cost more than a normal 3 pound package of jewelry since the boxes are bulky. Please note that Chinabounty.com and JewelrySprite.com, Inc. can choose to ship from the US or any other country at its sole obtion and the cost of shipping will remain the same as when items are shipped from the US they are more expensive since we have paid for customs fees and shipping fees when the items were sent to us; therefore, no shipping credit will be given even if the shipping cost from the US or any other country is cheaper since the extra shipping cost will make up for the extra costs of receiving the product into the US or the other country. No matter where the products are shipped from the cost of shipping that was billed will stand and cannot be reduced under any circunstances except by the FREE Shipping credits the site provides on its own.
FREE SHIPPING CREDIT!:
Orders of $250 or more will benefit from FREE shipping credit (for the first shipment only, if the package is returned to us for whatever reason, we will not reship it for free or if you request or approve partial shipments the package will also not recieve the free shipping credits). This offer may be discontinued without prior notice of any kind. Under no circunstances will this free shipping credit apply to custom fees, custom duties or taxes, or any other special fees associated with the package, only to the cost of the freight from the courrier. If the free shipping credit surpasses the actually amount due you will have FREE shipping for that package however, under no circunstances will the extra free shipping credit apply to the purchase or any other fees on the site, it can only be used for shipping and handing. We are sorry due to insurance reasons we cannot normally ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Iran, Angola, Iraq, Bangladesh, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Burma Rwanda, Burundi, Seychelles, Congo, Nigeria, Slovenia, Cuba, Sudan, Ethiopia, Syria India, Yemen, and Indonesia. Due to the Cuban embargo we cannot ship to Cuba iether. We will ship to these countries but only if you pay with wire transfer or ACS debit and if you take full responsibility for the package once it leaves our hands. Due to varying custom laws, we cannot tell you if you will incur custom fees. Although we provide some information here, it is only provided as a guideline and not legal advice on customs law, please consult with a qualified attorney or customs expert before making your purchase decision. It is our understanding that USA customers may incur up to a 7.3% custom fee which must be paid upon receipt of the item when receiving items sent from outside the US. European customers incur a 20% VAT tax. If you are in the USA or Europe, please check with your local customs department for the particulars in your case! Please note there may also be Chinese export taxes which vary from item to item.
Our standard parcel carrier is TNT but shipments may be sent with others for cost or efficiency sake and that remains our sole decision. Sorry we cannot ship to APO and other military locations or PO Boxes except with very special arrangements for large orders that are pre-paid with wire transfers only. We are not responsible for mis-directed shipments. All orders are shipped using address provided by you the customer. If the shipping address cannot be verified using electronic means, no Delivery Guarantee applies and customer assumes responsibility for mis-directed, returned, or lost packages and must re-pay S&H to receive the order again. If the pacakage arrives at the wrong address that you provided and it is not retured by the receiver we are not responsible for the loss. Our shipment using most courriers includes a $100 insurance from the carrier, beyond that insurance you are responsible for insuring the rest of the value of the package. We will add insurance to each package to assure there are no loses. Although insurance prices may change without notice, they will be $1.30 for the first $100 (after the first $100 courrier insurance) and $1 for each $100 or portion thereof.
Customer Service & Return policy:
All sales are final. Most of our jewelry is custom made just for you and we invest a great deal in getting it made specifically for you, since we have to pay the manufactuer upfront we require you to pay us upfront as well because your jewelry is being made to order just for you. Your upfront payment is a full deposit on your jewelry and once you pay for the jewelry there are no returns and you are committed to purchasing the jewelry. Should you reverse payment somehow, you will still be responsible for the full value of the jewelry and we will seek legal means to recover our loses. If the jewelry is damaged in transit to you and you report it within 2 business days as being damaged, we will apply for the insurance to cover the loss and we may require a letter from you and possible photo as well as the return to us of the damaged merchandize to show the insurance company. Also claims on the insurance may take as much as 60 days to get resolved and we cannot refund you until we are paid by the insurance company. Since the shipment is FOB Shanghai, China or Miami, FLorida, USA, or India we are not responsible for any shipment lost or damage but will place the insurance claim for you!

Due to JewelrySprite.com's growing success, other major jewelry manufacturers and merchants are entrusting us with selling their surplus jewelry, discontinued jewelry, and jewelry close-outs. These products are available on a limited quantity and are on a first-come first-served basis. Once each lot is sold another lot may not be available to replace it. Due to the nature of the internet, the ability to place an order does not guarantee availability as simultaneous orders are possible. You will not be charged unless the product is available. No coupons or discounts accepted. Even if you use a coupon, its discount will not be accepted. The price shown is the final price and cannot be combined with any other offer that provides discounts nor in the case of wholesale customers be discounted by the normal discount rate of the site, should it be discounted because of a large order, it will be manually corrected and you will purchase it at the price shown, no exceptions. In order to capture as much detail in our images for your benefit, actual jewelry size may be different than the size they appear in the site due to extreme closeups of the images.

Our official site language is American English, however we are also fluent in Spanish for all calls and communication ( Hablamos Español ). We can also communicate fluently in German (Wir sprechen Deutsch), however our German translator travels a great deal and communication in German will be slower than in English or Spanish! Of course we can also deal with Mandarin Chinese.
